For me as a Personal Trainer when I start with a new client one of the most improtant things to do is to establish GOALS and set targets, establish their abilities and reassure them. It is amazing the amount of people that join a gym and within a month give up. Thats why I a firm believer that working with a Personal Trainer will give you that extra push to succeed. Also the Personal Trainer will and should devise a program that is Specific to you needs in order to meet your goals.
